Terms of Service

Section 01

These terms

These terms are the agreement between you and the individual who builds and runs RankReps (“we”, “us”), based in Spain. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use RankReps.

How we handle your data, and our identity as the data controller, are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Section 02

What RankReps is — and what it is not

RankReps reads your Valorant match data, works out patterns across your games, and gives you a coaching debrief: derived statistics plus a written letter about what is costing you rounds.

It is not a Riot product

RankReps is an independent project. It is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

It is not a cheat or an overlay

RankReps reads match data after your games have finished. It does not modify, inject into, or run alongside the game, and it gives you no in-game advantage.

It is not a promise of rank

We do not guarantee that using RankReps will improve your rank, your statistics, or your results. It gives you information and advice. What you do with it is up to you.

Section 03

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you are under 16, please do not sign up — see section 10 of the Privacy Policy for why.

You need a Valorant account, and you should only link a Riot ID that is yours or that you have permission to use. You are responsible for making sure your use of RankReps is allowed where you live and does not breach your agreement with Riot Games.

Section 04

Your account

Accurate details

Give us a real email address and the correct Riot ID. If the Riot ID is wrong, the coaching is about someone else’s games.

Keep it secure

You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@rankreps.com if you think someone else has access to it.

One account each

One account per person. Creating extra accounts to get around plan limits or to farm referral rewards is a breach of these terms.

Section 05

Acceptable use

Do not:

Take the data in bulk

Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the service, or resell or redistribute what it produces as your own product.

Work around the limits

Automate access, or use extra accounts or any other trick to get past plan limits, rate limits, or paywalls.

Copy the service

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy RankReps in order to build a substitute for it.

Attack it

Probe, overload, disrupt, or try to break into the service or anything connected to it.

Harm people

Use RankReps to harass anyone, or to build a profile of another player against their wishes.

Section 06

Plans, billing and cancellation

Free

Includes a limited number of new analyses per day — currently one. Your match history keeps syncing either way. We may change plan limits, and will tell you if we do.

Pro

A recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and gives you up to 100 match analyses per month.

Payment

Handled by Stripe, under their terms. We never see or store your card number. Prices may exclude taxes, which are added where required.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part-months.

Changing your mind

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. We will honour that, and may deduct a proportionate amount for what you used in the meantime. Outside those regions, ask us anyway — if you subscribed by mistake and have barely used it, we would rather refund you than argue.

Price changes

We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email. It takes effect at your next renewal, so you can always cancel first.

Section 07

Referrals

If someone signs up through your referral link and becomes a paying Pro subscriber, you earn comped Pro time. The rules:

Real people only

No referring yourself, no accounts you made, no bots, no spam, and no paid advertising against our name.

No cash value

Rewards are Pro time on RankReps. They are not money, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and expire with your account.

We can step in

We may withhold or revoke rewards we believe were obtained through fraud or abuse, and we may change or end the referral programme. Time you have already fairly earned will be honoured.

Section 08

About the coaching

This is the part worth reading twice, because it is where an app like this usually oversells itself.

The numbers are real

Your statistics — untraded deaths, opening duels, rounds lost, economy — are counted from your actual match data. We do not invent metrics or estimate them from vibes.

The letter is AI-written

The written debrief is generated by an AI model from those numbers. It can be wrong, can miss context the data does not capture, and is an opinion rather than a fact. Read it as advice from a coach who only saw the stat sheet, because that is what it is.

It is about a video game

Do not rely on RankReps for any decision outside Valorant. It is not professional advice of any kind.

Section 09

Things outside our control

RankReps depends on Riot’s match data reaching us through a third-party API. If Riot changes what it publishes, if that API goes down or changes, or if your match history is unavailable, parts of RankReps will stop working until it is fixed. We will do what we reasonably can, but we do not control those systems and cannot promise the service is always available or always current.

We also do not control your Riot account, and nothing here affects your relationship with Riot Games.

Section 10

Your data, and who owns what

Your data

Your match data describes games you played. By using RankReps you allow us to fetch, store, and analyse it in order to run the service for you. That permission ends when you delete your account.

Your debriefs

The coaching letters and insights we generate for you are yours to read, keep, and share personally. You may not resell them or pass them off as your own product.

Our side

RankReps itself — the app, its design, its name, and the engine that derives the insights — belongs to us. These terms do not give you any right to it beyond using the service.

Riot’s side

Valorant, its maps, agents, and artwork are Riot’s property, used here to describe your own matches.

Section 11

Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using RankReps at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email support@rankreps.com — see section 09 of the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, commits fraud, abuses the referral programme, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is fair to do so, we will warn you first. If we close your account for our own reasons rather than anything you did, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.

Section 12

Disclaimers and liability

RankReps is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its analysis or advice will be accurate or suitable for you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you cannot legally sign away. If you are a consumer, you keep every mandatory protection your local law gives you, and nothing here excludes our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Section 13

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you — pricing, your rights, how the service works — we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use RankReps after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, you can cancel and delete your account.

Section 14

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may be able to bring proceedings there instead.
